Grape nut pudding
| 4 | cups milk, scalded |
| 1 | cup Grape Nuts cereal |
| 2 | large eggs, beaten |
| 1 | cup granulated sugar |
| 2 | tbsp margarine |
| 1/4 | teaspoon salt |
| 1 | teaspoon vanilla extract |
- Preheat oven to 350*F (175*C).
- Pour warm milk over cereal in a large mixing bowl. Let stand 20 minutes. Add eggs, sugar, salt, vanilla, Mix well.
- Pour into a buttered 9 x 13 x 2-inch baking dish
- Bake for about 60 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Serve hot or cold.
