Pork satay

Ingredients
474 g pork
3 tbsp peanut butter
3 tbsp lime juice
1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp ginger, crushed
1 tbsp chili powder
1 tsp garlic powder
185 g mushrooms
1 tbsp honey
1 cup water
Directions
  1. Heat water in pan, add ingredients and cook until pork is done.

  2. Serve over rice.
