With only 117 calories each muffin, how can you go wrong? These are delicous and easy to make! Enjoy!

Ingredients

cup flour |
| 0.58 |
cup sugar (Little over half a cup, I'd use 3/4 cup) |
| 2 |
tsp. baking powder |
| 1/2 |
tsp. baking soda |
| 1/2 |
tsp. salt (optional) |
| 1/2 |
tsp. cinnamon |
| 2 |
egg whites |
| 1.49 |
cup ripe bananas, mashed |
| 1/3 |
c. skim milk |
Directions
- Grease 12 muffin tin cups.
- Combine flours, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon and stir thoroughly.
- In a large bowl, beat egg whites lightly with a wire whisk or fork.
- Stir in mashed banana, milk
- Add flour mixture and stir until well blended.
- Spoon into prepared muffin cups.
- Bake at 400 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until firm to the touch.
- Cool in pan for 5 minutes, then remove and cool on a wire rack.
