Tabouli Salad Recipe

approximately 1 cup servings

Ingredients
1 1/3 cup bulgur wheat
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
2 roma tomatoes, diced
1 large cucumber, diced
2 tbsp lemon juice
Directions
  1. Add 1 1/4 cup boiling water and olive oil and seasonings to bulgur wheat.

  2. Refrigerate for one hour

  3. Fluff with fork

  4. Add tomatoes and cucumber

  5. Mix well

  6. Squeeze lemon juice over salad
