Ingredients

lb ground turkey |
| 6 |
oz tomato paste |
| 3 |
cups macaroni |
| 1/2 |
cup shredded cheddar cheese |
| 1 |
cup water |
| 1 |
cup corn |
| 1 |
small green bell pepper, diced |
| 1 |
small red bell pepper, diced |
| 1/2 |
onion, diced |
| 4 |
cloves garlic |
| 1/2 |
tsp red chili powder |
| 1 |
tsp salt |
| 1 |
tsp pepper |
Directions
- Brown ground turkey with peppers, onions and garlic.
- At the same time cook your macaroni (and your corn, if it's frozen.
- Drain macaroni and meat. Add noodles to ground turkey mixture.
- Add water, cheese, tomato paste and spices.
- Let simmer for 5-7 minutes. Serve hot.
