Confetti Coleslaw Recipe

Adapted from Polly Pitchford's recipe, Full Spectrum Health?. Preparation time is short if you use a food processor fitted with a shred blade. carrot, shredded green cabbage, red cabbage, parsley Original Miracle Whip lemon juice honey apple cider vinegar cvt

Ingredients
1 large carrot, shredded
1/8 head green cabbage, shredded
357 g (1/2 small) red cabbage, shredded
1/4 cup chopped parsley
2 tablespoons Original Miracle Whip (4027)
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons honey
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
Directions
Place all veggies in a large bowl. In a separate bowl, whisk together the dressing ingredients. Pour dressing over slaw and toss to coat thoroughly. Chill at least 1 hour to let the flavors blend.
