Ingredients
| 1/3 |
cup margarine |
| 1/3 |
cup brown sugar |
| 1/4 |
cup water |
| 1 |
cup plain flour |
| 1 |
cup oatmeal |
| 1 |
tsp baking soda |
| 1 |
tsp cinnamon |
Directions
- cream together the butter and sugar, then beat i nthe water. Beat the reast of the ingredients into it, but save 1/4 cup flour. Make quite a dry dough (add more flour if necessary). Either rol lthe dough out and use cookie cutters or roll a dough sausage and cut pieces off. Place them on a greased baking sheet and bake at 150 Celsius for about 10 minutes. For variety, add organge peel.
