Biscuits made with oats and raisins

Ingredients
2 oz margarine
4 oz brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 oz plain flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp ground cinnamon
6 oz porridge oats
4 oz raisins
Directions
Cream the magarine with the sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the egg. Add the vanilla. Sift the flour with the salt, baking powder and cinnamon, then beat into the egg mixture. Add the oats and raisins and mix thoroughly together. Drop spoonfuls of dough on to well-greased baking sheets, leaving space around each to allow for spreading. Bake at 180 C/350 F/gas 4 for 15 minutes. Allow to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then carefully lift on to a rack to cool completely.
