Deviled Eggs

Makes 8 servings

Deviled eggs with cottage cheese instead of yolks.

Ingredients
1/2 cup low-fat cottage cheese
1/4 cup miracle whip
1/4 cup green onion, minced
1/4 cup celery, minced
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
1/4 tsp paprika
1 salt and pepper to taste
8 egg whites, from hard boiled eggs, cut in half with yolks discarded
Directions
  1. Beat cottage cheese and mayonnaise until fluffy.

  2. Add next five ingredients and beat well.

  3. Spoon cottage cheese mixture into hard-boiled egg halves and refrigerate.
