Rice Krispie Bars Recipe

Makes 16 servings


Peanut butter and rice krispies- with chocolate topping

Ingredients
6 cups Rice Krispies
1 cup peanut butter
1 cup corn Syrup
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup chocolate chips
8 oz butterscotch chips
Directions
  1. Melt sugar and syrup together in a sauce pan, let boil until becomes clear. Turn stove off and add peanut butter. Stir and add to bowl with rice krispies. Place in greased 9x13 pan and pat down (easiest with butter on your hands/fingers)

  2. Melt chips in microwave on power 3. Cover rice krispies with melted "frosting". Let stand for at least 30 minutes before cutting
