Salmon Fishcakes

Ingredients
| 1 |
can of salmon, large bones removed, smaller bones crushed |
| 1 |
tbs dill, fresh, or 1 tsp dried dill |
| 2 |
slices bread, made into bread crumbs |
| 2 |
egg whites, lightly beaten |
| 2 |
spring onions, chopped |
| 1/2 |
tsp pepper |
Directions
- Combine all ingredients together until well mixed.
- Shape into patties.
- Lightly cook in a pan until both sides are brown, under a grill, or on a bbq.
