Another probable bomb by Leanne Ely. Not even going to try it!

Ingredients
2 teaspoons olive oil
18 oz halibut fillet or other white fish (118051) or other white fish, net from 24 oz (6 pieces) of fresh
1/2 cup dry white wine, or use 1/2 broth and 1/2 white grape juice
1 teaspoon thyme
6 lemon slices
1 1/2 teaspoons fennel seeds
6 g (6 sprigs) parsley
1 Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Tear aluminum foil wrap into 6 large squares and brush each square with some olive oil.

  3. Place fish pieces in the center of each square. Drizzle each fish piece with some of the wine or broth/ juice mixture; sprinkle with the thyme.

  4. Place a lemon slice, a few fennel seeds and a parsley sprig on each piece of fish, then sprinkle salt and pepper over the top.

  5. Seal the foil into packets. Place all packets on a baking sheet and bake for 10 to 15 minutes. Place a packet on each plate and let each person carefully open the packet. (watch out for the steam, it can burn if you're not careful!)
