White Bean and Arugula Salad Recipe

Delicious Spring Salad!

Ingredients
1 cup white beans
4 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 cup olive oil
4 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp. Fresh Oregano
4 tbsp. Honey
1/2 tsp. Salt
1 Black Pepper
6 cups Arugula
Directions
Whisk together the garlic, olive oil, vinegar and agave nectar, oregano, sea salt & black pepper. Toss cooked beans with chopped argula & dressing. Serve
