Yogurt Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe

This is an eggless chocolate chip cookie that is crisp with a terrific flavor. It's easy to make, too! - Kim Chin

Ingredients
1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
1/2 cup sugar, granulated
1/2 cup margarine, or butter
1/2 cup plain nonfat yogurt
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt, table
2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
Directions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375 F (190 C). Grease cookie sheet.

  2. In a medium bowl, cream together the brown sugar, white sugar, margarine, and until light and fluffy. Stir in yogurt and vanilla. Combine the flour, baking soad, and salt; stir into creamed mixture until incorporated. Mix in the chocolate chips. Drop in rounded teaspoons onto the cookie sheet approximately 2 inches apart.

  3. Bake for 8-10 minutes. Watch the edges - when they begin to brown they are done! Place them on cookie racks and let them cool a bit before eating.
