| 1 | lb ground chicken |
| 2 | egg whites |
| 1/4 | cup green pepper, diced |
| 1/4 | cup celery, diced |
| 1/2 | tbsp thyme |
- Combine ingredients in a large bowl.
- Separate into 5 patties.
- Grill 4 min/side or until no longer pink.
