Truly Green Green Tea Blended Vegetable Smoothie Recipe

A blend of Vegetables and Diet Green Tea makes a satisfying smoothie with a nutty flavor.

Ingredients
3 ounce grated carrots
3 ounce broccoli
4 ounce romaine lettuce
1 fruit (2-1/8" dia) lemon
1 oz Almonds
20 fl oz Arizona Diet Green Tea
Directions
  1. Grate 3 oz Carrots

  2. Chop 3 oz Broccoli

  3. Tear 4 oz Romaine Lettuce

  4. Peel 1 Lemon

  5. Put first 5 ingredients in blender

  6. Pour in 2 1/2 cups of Arizona Diet Green Tea

  7. Blend on HIGH for 30 seconds or until product is well blended.

  8. Makes 2 16oz servings
