Sally's Egg Salad Recipe

Sally's tasty egg salad for sandwiches.

Ingredients
6 eggs, hard boiled
4 tbsp light mayonnaise
2 sweet pickles
4 tbsp mustard
1/2 cup peppers, diced
1/2 cup onions, diced
Directions
  1. Dice the hard boiled eggs, onions, peppers and pickles.

  2. Mix all ingredients together.

  3. Serve 1/3 cup on bread.
