| 6 | eggs, hard boiled |
| 4 | tbsp light mayonnaise |
| 2 | sweet pickles |
| 4 | tbsp mustard |
| 1/2 | cup peppers, diced |
| 1/2 | cup onions, diced |
- Dice the hard boiled eggs, onions, peppers and pickles.
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Serve 1/3 cup on bread.
