Ingredients

egg whites |

tsp cream of tartar |
| 1/8 |
tsp salt |
| 1/4 |
cup sugar (NOTE:use1/2cup Lite sugar instead) |
| 1/2 |
cup Cake flour |
| 20 |
g dark chocolate |
| 20 |
ml milk |
| 1/4 |
tsp vanilla extract |
Directions
- Melt dark chocolate
- Beat Egg whites with salt and cream of tartar until it's getting into soft peak.
- In the lowest speed, slightly adding 1/3 of sugar and flour at a time into the eggwhite.. Do not overmix!Then add milk extract and vanilla extract.
- Divide 3 TBsp of batter and mix with half of melted chocolate
- Pour the batter into the oil sprayed angel food cake pan. You can make it 1 chocolate layer and 1 milk layer or you can make marble or anything you can create.
- Bake at 180C for 40 mins.
- Make a garnade by microwave milk about 30 secs then mix with melted chocolate.
- After the cake done wait the cake cooler in the oven about 15-20 mins then take out from the pan and drop garnard on top make it drop to the sides. Wait til garnard dry then chill in the fridge.
