Ingredients
6 eggs
1 pound bacon
3 medium onions, sliced
1 1/2 cups cream
1 large tomato, diced
1 pie crust
2 cups cheese, shredded
Directions
  1. heat oven to 375

  2. layer bacon, onion, tomato and cheese in pie dish

  3. pour whipped egg and cream mixture over the top

  4. cook 40 minutes or until golden brown
