Banana Split Breakfast

Submitted by tgbrown

Makes 1 serving

Yummy breakfast or dessert treat- especially in summer! This alone has 10g of fiber! I sometimes use granola instead of grape nuts and add in other berries- still yummy!

Ingredients
1 medium banana
4 medium strawberries
6 oz nonfat vanilla yogurt
1/4 cup Grape nuts
1 tbsp cinnamon
Directions
  1. Slice banana and berries into a bowl

  2. Layer on yogurt, cinnamon, and Granola

  3. Mix if desired, or it as is (I prefer it mixed up, gets the cinnamon throughout!)
