Yummy breakfast or dessert treat- especially in summer! This alone has 10g of fiber!
I sometimes use granola instead of grape nuts and add in other berries- still yummy!

Ingredients

medium banana |
| 4 |
medium strawberries |
| 6 |
oz nonfat vanilla yogurt |
| 1/4 |
cup Grape nuts |
| 1 |
tbsp cinnamon |
Directions
- Slice banana and berries into a bowl
- Layer on yogurt, cinnamon, and Granola
- Mix if desired, or it as is (I prefer it mixed up, gets the cinnamon throughout!)
