Ingredients

chicken bouillon cubes |
| 10 |
cups water |
| 1 |
lb boneless skinless chicken breasts |
| 4 |
carrots, peeled and chopped |
| 4 |
celery stalks, chopped |
| 2 |
tsp curry powder |
| 1/2 |
tsp cumin |
Directions
- Dissolve the bouillon cubes in the water.
- Bring the broth to a boil in a large stockpot.
- Add all of the ingredients.
- Reduce heat and simmer one hour.
