Garlic Hummus
| 427 | g. Garbanzo Beans (Chick Peas) (about one 15oz. can) |
| 1 | Garlic Cloves |
| 2 | tbsp Lemon Juice |
| 3 | tbsp Olive Oil |
| 1/4 | c. Chicken Broth |
| 3 | tbsp Tahini (ground sesame seeds) |
- Mix all ingredients together in a blender until smooth.
- Add more liquid (olive oil or broth) if too thick.
- Add more or less ingredients to taste.
- Serve with a bit of Olive Oil and Paprika on top.
- Best with warm Pita Bread or Whole Grain Crackers.
