Hummus Recipe

Makes 12 servings


Garlic Hummus

Ingredients
427 g. Garbanzo Beans (Chick Peas) (about one 15oz. can)
1 Garlic Cloves
2 tbsp Lemon Juice
3 tbsp Olive Oil
1/4 c. Chicken Broth
3 tbsp Tahini (ground sesame seeds)
Directions
  1. Mix all ingredients together in a blender until smooth.

  2. Add more liquid (olive oil or broth) if too thick.

  3. Add more or less ingredients to taste.

  4. Serve with a bit of Olive Oil and Paprika on top.

  5. Best with warm Pita Bread or Whole Grain Crackers.
