Bulgogi Recipe

A Korean favorite. You can use the marinade on just about anything. We add all kinds of chopped vegetables to the stir fry.

Ingredients
7 oz. beef sirloin, cubed
2 cloves garlic
2 tsp sesame oil
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp black pepper
Directions
  1. Mix all ingredients together and let it marinate for at least 2 hours, the longer you marinate it the better it'll taste.

  2. Stir fry on med high heat with some chopped broccoli, onions, carrots and whatever else you'd like to add. If you add more than 1 1/2 cups of vegetables you should add more seasonings.
