A Korean favorite. You can use the marinade on just about anything. We add all kinds of chopped vegetables to the stir fry.
| 7 | oz. beef sirloin, cubed |
| 2 | cloves garlic |
| 2 | tsp sesame oil |
| 2 | tbsp soy sauce |
| 1 | tsp black pepper |
- Mix all ingredients together and let it marinate for at least 2 hours, the longer you marinate it the better it'll taste.
- Stir fry on med high heat with some chopped broccoli, onions, carrots and whatever else you'd like to add. If you add more than 1 1/2 cups of vegetables you should add more seasonings.
