Beef w/ Green Beans

Ingredients
8 oz beef
1 lb green beans
1 medium onion
1 clove garlic
8 oz tomato sauce
2 tsp olive oil
Directions
  1. Sweat onion in olive oil

  2. Add garlic (skin on)

  3. Add meat

  4. Add black pepper and a little cinnamon

  5. Add green beans

  6. Add tomato sauce

  7. Let it cook all together until fasuleah becomes soft

  8. Finish w/ a little cider vinegar, then top w/ cilantro or parsley and serve with rice
