Beef w/ Green Beans
| 8 | oz beef |
| 1 | lb green beans |
| 1 | medium onion |
| 1 | clove garlic |
| 8 | oz tomato sauce |
| 2 | tsp olive oil |
- Sweat onion in olive oil
- Add garlic (skin on)
- Add meat
- Add black pepper and a little cinnamon
- Add green beans
- Add tomato sauce
- Let it cook all together until fasuleah becomes soft
- Finish w/ a little cider vinegar, then top w/ cilantro or parsley and serve with rice
