- Preheat oven to 400. Cover a baking sheet with foil and spray with non-stick cooking spray.
- Mix meat, 2/3 cup of cheese, 1/4 ketchup, and garlic powder.
- Shape into 12 balls. Place on prepared cookie sheet and flatten into patties, about 1/2" thick.
- Bake 15 min or until cooked through; DRAIN.
- Top each patty with remaining ketchup and sprinkle with remaining cheese.
- Bake an additional 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
