Low fat pizza

Makes 8 servings

No oil pizza crust - delicious

Ingredients
1 cup whole wheat flour
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup water
1 tablespoon yeast
1 cup tomato sauce
1/4 cup mozzarella cheese, fat free
Directions
  1. Combine dry ingredients in mixing bowl. Dissolve yeast in warm water, add to dry ingredients. Mix until dough forms. Knead until smooth, let set for 5 minutes. Spread onto greased pizza pan, add tomato sauce, cheese, and other toppings of choice. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 min.
