No oil pizza crust - delicious

Ingredients
| 1 |
cup whole wheat flour |
| 3/4 |
cup all-purpose flour |
| 1/4 |
teaspoon salt |
| 1 |
cup water |
| 1 |
tablespoon yeast |
| 1 |
cup tomato sauce |
| 1/4 |
cup mozzarella cheese, fat free |
Directions
- Combine dry ingredients in mixing bowl. Dissolve yeast in warm water, add to dry ingredients. Mix until dough forms. Knead until smooth, let set for 5 minutes. Spread onto greased pizza pan, add tomato sauce, cheese, and other toppings of choice. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 min.
