Soda Bread - 10 Servings Recipe

Great Texture

Ingredients
2 cups flour, all purpose
3/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp sugar
1/4 cup canola oil
1/2 cup currants
1 tbsp caraway seeds
6 oz yogurt, plain nofat
1 tbsp milk, skim
Directions
  1. mix firt 4 ingredients together

  2. cut in canola oil until crumbly

  3. add rest of ingredients and knead slightly in the bowl

  4. put in creased round soufle dish

  5. cut a cross int the top and brush w/ milk

  6. bake 40-50 minutes at 375
