Strawberry Smoothies Recipe

If taken moderately, this food is healthy. However, because of the fruits and honey, this down contain a lot of sugar but it is mainly fructose from the strawberry, banana, and pineapple. It's also good because there is very little fats and no saturated fats. In addition, it gives you 101% of the daily recommended intake of Vitamin C. This smoothie is usually best taken alone on a warm day in the summer. Also, gives you an energy boost from the fructose. Makes for a nice dessert. This serves a full cup of about 6-8 people.

Ingredients
3 cups strawberries
1 banana
2 tbsp honey
2 cup ice cubes
1 cup apple juice
1 cup pineapple
Directions
  1. Wash the strawberries, add the cut up pineapples, add in the bananas, coat the honey on top, add in ice cubes, and just blend until there no chunky pieces.

  2. If they don't all fit then grind them separately.

  3. Also, it's best if you don't blend it too much because having the ice blended too smoothly doesn't take as good.
