| 1.93 | cups (1 can -15.5 oz) black beans, undrained |
| 1.93 | cups (1 can -15.5 oz) white beans, undrained |
| 1.93 | cups (1 can -15.5 oz) light kidney beans, undrained |
| 1.93 | cups (1 can -15.5 oz) dark kidney beans, undrained |
| 1.93 | cups (1 can -15.5 oz) Rotel tomatoes |
| 12 | oz V-8 Juice |
| 12 | g (1/4 bottle) McCormick Mexican seasoning |
| 1 | cup (1 can -8 oz) Tomato Sauce |
- Sautee Onions in Olive Oil in pan.
- Place chix breasts on bottom of crockpot (mininmum size of 10 Quarts) and cover chicken with 1 can Rotel Tomatoes, sauteed onions and seasonings. Cook 6 hours minimum or overnight.
- Remove chicken, shread and put it back into crock pot and add the rest of the ingredients. Cook all day or until spices integrated properly.
