easy weeknight dinner the night after you make the roast pork loin...very teenage friendly
| 1/2 | pound pork loin, roasted |
| 3 | ounces ham |
| 3 | ounces cheese, swiss |
| 1 | tablespoon mayonnaise |
| 1/4 | cup pickles |
| 10 | ounces Italian bread |
Cut loaf of Italian bread lengthwise. Spread with mayonnaise. Layer pork loin, ham, swiss and pickles. Press together and wrap tightly in aluminum foil. Place in between two cookie sheets, then use a heavy skillet (such as cast iron) and lay it on top of the top cookie sheet. Back in 425 degree oven for 20 minutes, or until cheese melts and heated through. Slice in four sections. Serve.Categories
