| 1 | cup Yogurt, Plain, 1% |
| 1/2 | cup applesauce |
| 1/2 | cup brown sugar |
| 1/2 | cup sugar |
| 2 | egg whites |
| 1 | egg |
| 1 | tsp vanilla |
| 3/4 | cup flour |
| 3/4 | cup whole wheat flour |
| 1 | tsp baking soda |
| 1 | tsp cinnamon |
| 1 | tsp nutmeg |
| 3 | cups old fashioned oats |
| 1 | cup dried cranberries |
| 1/2 | cup chocolate chips |
- Chop cranberries into smaller bits using a knife or a blender.
- Heat oven to 350
- Beat together yogurt, applesauce, and sugars until creamy
- Add egg, egg whites, and vanilla; beat well
- In separate bowl combine flours, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
- Add dry to wet
- Stir in oats and raisins, mix well
- Drop by teaspoons onto an un-greased cookie sheet
- Flatten cookie batter to 1/2 inch thick or less
- Bake 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown
- Cool for atleast a minute, and remove to wire racks
- ---thicken the cookies and you will have mini cookie-cakes.

- ---if adding chocolate chips lessen sugars otherwise its too sugary
- ---could add coconut for extra texture
