Tostadas Recipe

Easy tostadas

Ingredients
4 flour tortilla
4 tbsp fat free refried beans
1/4 cup low moisture part skim mozzarella cheese
4 tbsp salsa
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees.

  2. Warm a tortilla in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat for about 1-2 minutes, then flip. Spread 1 tbsp beans over the tortilla and top with about 1 tbsp of mozzarella cheese while still in the pan.

  3. Transfer to a cookie sheet in the warm oven to stay warm and crisp while cooking the rest of the tortillas.

  4. Remove from oven and top with salsa
