Chocolate and beetroot cake

Ingredients
85 g dark chocolate
3 eggs
300 g sugar
190 g oil
300 g cooked beetroot
30 g cocoa powder
200 g all purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp bicarbonate of soda
Directions
  1. Grease and dust cake tin.

  2. Melt chocolate

  3. Beat eggs with sugar and oil.

  4. Stir in chocolate.

  5. Sift cocoa, flour and bixarbonate of soda and mix.
