Perfect summer dish.
| 2 | zucchinis, large |
| 1 | tablespoon extra virgin olive oil |
| 1 1/2 | tablespoon balsamic vinegar |
| 1 | tablespoon lemon juice |
| 1 | pinch of salt (kosher) and pepper (fresh), to taste |
Slice each zucchini in half, lengthwise. Combine all ingredients and marinade zucchini for about an hour. Grill for about 4 minutes, or until grill marks appear. (Don't overgrill...they'll get mushy.)Categories
