| 270 | g bell pepper, sliced |
| 455 | g beef, mince |
| 210 | g onion, diced |
| 394 | g tomato, chopped |
| 4 | tbsp salsa |
| 2 | tsp cayenne pepper |
| 250 | g kidney beans, canned, drained |
| 2 | tbsp tomato paste |
| 1 | tsp garlic, minced |
| 387 | g courgette, sliced |
| 225 | g mushrooms |
| 10 | g jalapeno peppers |
- Heat olive oil in pan on a low heat.
- Add the onions, fry for 4-5 minutes.
- Add tomatos, pepper. Stir for a further 5 minutes.
- Turn heat up to medium. Add kidney beans and mince.
- Heat through until mince is no longer pink.
- Add salsa, chili powder. Mix ingedients together. Simmer for several minutes.
- Serve over rice or nachos.
