Chilli Recipe

Makes 4 servings

Ingredients
270 g bell pepper, sliced
455 g beef, mince
210 g onion, diced
394 g tomato, chopped
4 tbsp salsa
2 tsp cayenne pepper
250 g kidney beans, canned, drained
2 tbsp tomato paste
1 tsp garlic, minced
387 g courgette, sliced
225 g mushrooms
10 g jalapeno peppers
Directions
  1. Heat olive oil in pan on a low heat.

  2. Add the onions, fry for 4-5 minutes.

  3. Add tomatos, pepper. Stir for a further 5 minutes.

  4. Turn heat up to medium. Add kidney beans and mince.

  5. Heat through until mince is no longer pink.

  6. Add salsa, chili powder. Mix ingedients together. Simmer for several minutes.

  7. Serve over rice or nachos.
