Fresh cabbage cooked on stove with onions, garlic, salt and calorie free spray oil

Ingredients
1 head cabbage, common, cooked
1 onion, yellow,small
2 tbsp. garlic, minced
2 tbsp. salt, sea
Directions
  1. Spray pan with oil liberaly, add garlic and thinly sliced onions-saute'

  2. Cut up cabbage and add to onions-add salt and black pepper stir and and 1/4 cup water-let smother stirring often.
