Egg Beater & Turkey Scramble Recipe

quick breakfast

Ingredients
4 oz egg beaters
4 oz turkey, deli sliced
2 tbsp green pepper
1 lg mushroom, diced
80 g zucchini,diced
1/2 tbsp olive oil, extra virgin
2 oz pepper jack cheese
Directions
  1. Heat olive oil in pan

  2. add green pepper, saute for 2 minutes

  3. add zucchini, saute for 2 minutes

  4. add turkey, saute for 2 minutes

  5. add egg beaters and mushrooms and cook until done
