| 80 | g zucchini,diced |
| 1/2 | tbsp olive oil, extra virgin |
| 2 | oz pepper jack cheese |
- Heat olive oil in pan
- add green pepper, saute for 2 minutes
- add zucchini, saute for 2 minutes
- add turkey, saute for 2 minutes
- add egg beaters and mushrooms and cook until done
