Tofu with Vegies

Ingredients
1 lb tofu
3 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 cup carrots
1 cup celery
1 cup Broccoli
1 cup cauliflower
1 cup mushrooms
Directions
  1. Fry tofu

  2. Saute all vegies

  3. Mix all together
