| 1 | cup peas |
| 1/2 | cup bell pepper |
| 1/2 | cup eggplant |
| 1/2 | cup onion |
| 1 | cup tomato |
| 1 | tablespoon oil |
| 1 | tablespoon salt |
| 3 | teaspoon curry powder |
| 1 | cup water |
| 10 | g cumin |
- Boil all vegetables except tomato
- Heat a Tava (Wok)
- Put oil & cumin (Jeera)
- Lightly cook tomato in the oil
- Pour vegetables
- Mix Curry powder & salt
- Cook for 5-10 min in low flame
- *** Serve when hot ***
