Vegetable Sizzler Recipe

Low fat Diabetic

Ingredients
1 1/2 cup carrots
1 cup peas
1/2 cup bell pepper
1/2 cup eggplant
1/2 cup onion
1 cup tomato
1 tablespoon oil
1 tablespoon salt
3 teaspoon curry powder
1 cup water
10 g cumin
Directions
  1. Boil all vegetables except tomato

  2. Heat a Tava (Wok)

  3. Put oil & cumin (Jeera)

  4. Lightly cook tomato in the oil

  5. Pour vegetables

  6. Mix Curry powder & salt

  7. Cook for 5-10 min in low flame

  8. *** Serve when hot ***
