The lighter version of twiced baked potatoes. Makes 8 halfs. 5 Points per potatoe.
| 4 | large Russet Potatoes |
| 2 | cups 1% Lowfat Milk |
| 2 | tbsp Light Margarine |
| 8 | oz 2% Lowfat Shredded Cheese |
| 1 | tbsp garlic salt |
| 1 | tsp pepper |
- Bake the potatoes in over till done.
- After cutting the potatoes in half the long way, scoop the inners into a bowl, add milk, margarine, salt and pepper. Mix until smooth.
- Re-add mixture into potatoes, top with cheese and put back into over at 400 degrees for about 30 minutes.
