| 3/4 | c Egg whites |
| 3/4 | c Mozzarella, Part Skim Milk Cheese |
| 10 | oz Frozen Spinach |
| 1/4 | c Green Peppers |
| 1/4 | c Onion |
Mix ingredients. Place liners in 12 cupcake pan. Spray liners with Pam. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until knife comes out clean. Can be reheated in microwave.Categories
