Mango Salsa Recipe

Fresh Fruit Salsa for fish, chicken, seafoood, pork. Use rice wine vinegar and sea salt. Excellent with Tuna steaks, sword fish etc. with Jasmine rice.

Ingredients
1 ripe mango
1/4 cup minced red onion
1 tbsp cilantro
1 dash Habanero sauce
2 tbsp green onion
2 tbsp lime juice
1/4 tsp kosher salt
1/8 tsp ground black pepper
1/2 tsp honey
1/4 cup minced red pepper
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp vinegar
1/4 tsp cumin
Directions
Combineall ingredients. Chill & serve as accompaniment/sauce.
