Garlic Cream Sauce Recipe

Makes 4 servings


good over pasta, especially with seafood, and vegetables, but it is an occasional treat, because not too good on the nutrition level

Ingredients
1 stick butter, without salt
2 cups heavy cream
6 garlic cloves
1 small sweet onion
1 cup parmesan cheese
Directions
  1. Melt butter, add garlic until cooked.

  2. Add heavy cream, when it comes to a boil reduce heat.

  3. Add seasoning as desired.

  4. Simmer for about 15 minutes.
