| 1 | lb pork tenderloin, cubed |
| 1 | large onion, chopped |
| 1 | cup celery, cut diagonally |
| 5 | oz. water chestnuts, undrained |
| 28 | oz. bean sprouts |
| 5 | oz. bamboo shoots |
| 14 | oz. mushrooms |
| 1/2 | cup soy sauce |
| 1/2 | cup chicken broth |
| 2 | tablespoons cornstarch |
- Brown meat in a large skillet or wok. Add onions and celery. Saute 2-3 minutes. Add all ingredients to the crockpot and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
- Mix cornstarch in a small amount of water and stir into the sauce and continue stirring until thickened.
- Serve with rice, lo mein noodles, chow mein noodles, or rice noodles.
