yummy easy to make fancy dessert
| 3 | oz bittersweet chocolate |
| 2/3 | cup heavy cream |
| 2 | tbs sugar |
| 2 | large egg yolks |
| 1 | tsp vanilla |
pre heat oven to 325 f. bring cream to a boil, remove from heat and add chopped chocolate. let chocolate cool a bit. whisk egg yolks and sugar until pale and doubled in volume. add chocolate mixture to egg mixture and whisk well. add vanilla. pour into 4 small ramekins and place ramekins in a bain marie. cover with foil. bake for about 20 minutes, or until just set, but still a bit wobbly in the center. cool to room temp and refridgerate, covered, at least 2 hours before serving. will keep 3 days in fridge.Categories
