Ingredients

cup low-fat plain yogurt |
| 2 |
tablespoons crumbled blue cheese |
| 1/2 |
teaspoon horseradish |
| 1/4 |
teaspoon black pepper |
| 1/2 |
lb steak |
| 1/8 |
teaspoon salt |
| 4 |
cups romaine lettuce |
| 1 |
red bell pepper |
| 1/4 |
cup red onion |
| 5 |
flour tortillas |
Directions
- mix yogurt blue cheese horseradish and half the pepper, cover and put in fridge.
- on middle high heat cook the steak in strips for about 4 to 6 minutes and season with the remaining pepper and all the salt. When done cooking let stand for 5 minutes and then cut in to bit sized pieces.
- Chop lettuce bell pepper and onion and mix them together in in a bowl.
- spread blue cheese dressing on tortilla and evenly divide lettuce mixture and meat between the 5 tortillas.
