Buttermilk Pancakes Recipe

Makes 12 servings


sugarfree and oil free pancakes.

Ingredients
2 cups flour
3 eggs
2 cups buttermilk
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp salt
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
Directions
  1. seperate the egg yolks and whites

  2. whip the egg whites and set aside

  3. mix the buttermilk, egg yolks, salt, and vanilla well.

  4. mix together the flour, baking soda, and baking powder.

  5. stir the dry ingredients into the buttermilk mixture. Dont over mix. Fold in the egg whites. Bake on heated surface.
