- seperate the egg yolks and whites
- whip the egg whites and set aside
- mix the buttermilk, egg yolks, salt, and vanilla well.
- mix together the flour, baking soda, and baking powder.
- stir the dry ingredients into the buttermilk mixture. Dont over mix. Fold in the egg whites. Bake on heated surface.
