Add spices to your liking

Ingredients
2 cup buckwheat groats, cooked
112 g tuna in water, drained
1 large carrot, diced
2 tbs olive oil
1 sweet red pepper, diced
2 cucumbers, diced
Directions
  1. Warm all the ingredients except the cucumbers to your liking.

  2. Add cucumbers just before serving
