Egg Salad

Makes 2 servings

Just my own egg salad mix... personal choice. Usually I use low fat mayonnaise but I didn't have any on hand this time...

Ingredients
2 hard boiled eggs
1 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tbsp dijon mustard
1 tbsp pickle juice
1 salt
1 pepper
Directions
  1. Boil eggs to a hard boil.

  2. Peel the eggs and chop them up.

  3. Add all other ingredients, mix well.

  4. Put on some bread with some delicious vegetables (or not).

  5. EAT!
