Just my own egg salad mix... personal choice. Usually I use low fat mayonnaise but I didn't have any on hand this time...

Ingredients

hard boiled eggs |
| 1 |
tbsp mayonnaise |
| 1 |
tbsp dijon mustard |
| 1 |
tbsp pickle juice |
| 1 |
salt |
| 1 |
pepper |
Directions
- Boil eggs to a hard boil.
- Peel the eggs and chop them up.
- Add all other ingredients, mix well.
- Put on some bread with some delicious vegetables (or not).
- EAT!
