Microwaved Flaxseed Bread Recipe

Flaxseed Bread

Ingredients
4 tbsp flaxseed meal
1/2 cup egg substitute (egg beaters)
1/8 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 tbsp minced onion
Directions
  1. Put the dry minced onion in a small bowl and add just enough water to moisten.

  2. Mix all ingredients together

  3. Microwave 2 mins 30 sec.

  4. Use a microwave safe glass bowl.

  5. I use a glass two cup measuring cup.
