Flaxseed Bread
| 4 | tbsp flaxseed meal |
| 1/2 | cup egg substitute (egg beaters) |
| 1/8 | teaspoon baking powder |
| 1 | teaspoon onion powder |
| 1 | tbsp minced onion |
- Put the dry minced onion in a small bowl and add just enough water to moisten.
- Mix all ingredients together
- Microwave 2 mins 30 sec.
- Use a microwave safe glass bowl.
- I use a glass two cup measuring cup.
